Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because our products are reproduction prints, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your selection, size, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@katsenelson.com before you buy.
Damaged or defective prints
We take care to pack every print securely, but damage can occur in transit. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us at contact@katsenelson.com within 7 days if your print arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Please include photos of the print and the packaging. We will make it right with a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
Sale items and gift cards
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different print, please place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, as required by EU consumer law. To exercise this right, the print must be returned in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. This statutory right applies notwithstanding the policy above.
